Payment Options: Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Personal Check Required Stay: 3 Night Minimum Lodging Tax: 12% Credit card fee: 4% Cleaning fee $120US Pool & Spa heat $30US/day Deposits: A non-refundable initial payment of $250.00/week is due immediately to secure the reservation, final payment to be made no later than 60 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of $500, which will be held against any loss or damage caused to the property, or costs incurred. The security deposit can be paid in advance at the time of the final payment, or charged the day before your arrival on a valid credit card belonging to the party leader, and it will be refunded within 28 days of departure, pending there is no evidence of loss/damage to the property in the post departure report we receive from our managers. |
